Joriver's 2001 R&D budget is 22 percent of the company expected revenue. The Company directs a significant part of its research expenditures to allergic and inflammatory disorders, infectious diseases. In 2002, Joriver expects R&D spending to increase by about 15 percent. Joriver has more than 20 major agreements with other companies in place to fulfill its research objectives.
